Welcome to Testile. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Testile mobile application and our website at https://testiles.com(collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by Testile.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Use of the App

The Service provides competitive exam preparation content, including mock tests, previous year questions, notes, current affairs, and revision tools. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

No Selection Guarantee

Testile does not guarantee selection, qualification, rank, marks, or employment in any examination or recruitment process. The Service is a preparation aid, and your results depend on multiple factors, including your own effort, discipline, prior knowledge, and the specific requirements of the examination you are preparing for.

Any performance metrics, scores, or analysis shown in the Service are indicative and meant to help you track your own progress. They do not constitute a prediction of your actual examination result or any form of assurance of success.

Paid Content

Some content or features within the Service may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing, plans, and availability are displayed within the app and may change from time to time. By purchasing any paid content, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.

All purchases of paid digital content are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase, as digital content once accessed is generally non-refundable except in specific circumstances described there.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or purchased content to others.

Content sourced from third parties, including publicly available previous year questions, may be subject to their respective rights and restrictions. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe any content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with the relevant details.

Limitation of Liability
